OUR KITCHEN REMODEL PROCESS

  • In-Store Consultation – Every project includes a in-store consultation with an expert kitchen designer. We discuss your vision and evaluate the current layout to determine how to maximize space for your home and needs. Budgeting and financing is also discussed in order for our designer to design accordingly.
  • Measure – A measure tech will be scheduled promptly after the in-home consultation and provide the designer with accurate measurements and additional visuals.
  • Initial Design – After seeing the space and understanding your vision, we create the kitchen design and layout according to your preference and budget.
  • Final Design – Both the designer and contractor will review the project in house to verify the design and thoroughly review the scope of work.
  • In-Store Constract Review – At this time the contract is provided, reviewed and signed in order to proceed with the process.
  • Material Selection – The design is just the start. Now it’s the fun part – choosing the materials. Your designer will guide you to help you find the right materials for your style and budget.
  • Permits & Logistics – As a design-build remodeling company, we take care of every step, including securing permits and submitting all building plans to the Orange County City and County.
  • Project Timeline & Schedule – Once the designs are finalized and the materials ordered, we create a full project timeline and schedule down to the day so you know what to expect and when.
  • We Get to Work – During every step from demolition to construction to installation, our kitchen remodeling team cleans up every day, so your home is still a place you can enjoy, even during construction. Your Project Manager will provide regular updates to keep you informed.
  • Unveiling – You’ve waited patiently, maybe snuck a few peaks, but it’s time to enjoy your new dream kitchen! Every kitchen remodel project is built to last and backed up with our 1-year Workmanship Warranty. We make sure that the plans are checked and rechecked before we make the first cuts, or open the first can of paint.
